What kind of videos do you make?
Videos that look like they were made by a real customer: filmed at home with genuine product use, in vertical format. They perform well in ads and on social media because they build trust.
Do I need to send the product?
Yes. To film genuine use I need to receive the product. We arrange shipping after the quote is approved.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the package: usually 7 to 10 days after receiving the product and approving the script.
Can I use the videos in ads?
Yes. Paid ad usage is agreed in the quote, with a defined licence period.
