This policy explains how Bruna Franco — Cabelo & Pele handles personal data received through brunafranco.com.br, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive:
- name, brand/company, e-mail and WhatsApp (if provided)
- product type, quantity, desired deadline, what you need (videos, photos), where it will be used, planned budget, product or brand link and your message
- date, time and IP address of the submission, to record your consent and prevent spam
When you ask for the media kit, we receive your name, brand/company (if provided) and e-mail, plus the date, time and IP address of the submission.
When you accept a proposal, we record the date, time and IP address of the acceptance. When you send a testimonial, the name, role/brand and text are published on the website after our approval.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. The site only uses a session cookie, needed for the form to work securely.
Why we use it
- to reply to your request and prepare a proposal
- to talk about the project by e-mail or WhatsApp, if you provided your number
Legal basis: your consent (art. 7, I) and pre-contractual steps requested by you (art. 7, V).
Who we share it with
Your data is not sold or shared. It is stored on our own server and e-mails are sent through Microsoft 365. There is no other sharing unless required by law.
Videos (YouTube, TikTok and Instagram)
Videos are only loaded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com), TikTok or Instagram when you click to watch. From that moment, the privacy policy of the video's platform (Google, TikTok or Meta) also applies.
Visit statistics
The site counts visits anonymously, without cookies: it only stores the page visited, the day, the site you came from and a code that changes every day and cannot identify you. Your IP address is not stored. Clicks on videos, on product links and on the WhatsApp buttons are counted the same way. When you send a form, we note on your request the site you arrived from (for example, Instagram or Google) and the entry page; the visit code is not stored with the request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months, or less if you ask for deletion. Client data under contract is kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time request confirmation of and access to your data, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, and withdraw your consent (LGPD art. 18).
